Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 June 2026
1. Introduction
These terms govern the rights and obligations between the seller Matouš Mejtský, reg. no. 06552854, Palackého 2099, 269 01 Rakovník (the "Seller") and the buyer when selling digital content — résumé templates and related editing and PDF generation services (the "Product") through the CéVéčko.cz website.
2. Subject of purchase
The subject of purchase is digital content not supplied on a physical medium: a generated PDF résumé created from the content entered by the user in the chosen template. Editing the content is free; payment applies to downloading the final file.
3. Price and payment
Product prices are stated for each template and are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer; the prices stated are final and no VAT is added. Payment is made online via the Stripe payment gateway.
4. Delivery
The Product is delivered by making it available for download immediately after successful payment, directly in the buyer's browser. The buyer may save an access file; for 30 days from purchase they can then edit and download the résumé again at no extra charge. The Seller does not store the résumé content — it remains solely with the buyer.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
Special rules apply to digital content supplied online. The consumer acknowledges that they have no right to withdraw from the contract once the digital content has been delivered (downloaded) with their prior express consent and after being informed that the right of withdrawal thereby ceases.
Before downloading, the buyer confirms that they wish delivery of the digital content to begin immediately and that they have been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal. The file cannot be downloaded without this consent.
6. Complaints and defects
If the generated file does not match the description or is technically defective, contact the Seller at mejtskym@centrum.cz. The Seller will assess the defect and, in justified cases, provide a remedy (regenerating the file) or a refund.
7. Usage licence
The buyer receives a non-exclusive licence to use the downloaded résumé for their own personal needs (applying for employment). The templates themselves may not be resold or distributed as a competing product.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, reg. no. 000 20 869, website www.coi.cz. A consumer may contact it if a dispute with the Seller cannot be resolved directly.
A buyer who is a consumer may also use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. The Seller may amend the terms; the version in effect at the time an order is completed applies to that order.
