The product is digital content delivered electronically. If PDF generation or download fails for technical reasons on our side, write to us — we'll fix it or refund your payment.

Please note that for digital content delivered immediately after payment, with your explicit consent, the 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply. Specific terms are in the Terms of Service. [Have this wording reviewed by a lawyer.]
